Hello readers today I just finished the book Counting By 7's. So the book is about a genius girl named Willow. Willow is an orphan and different as in strange. (WARNING SPOILERS)So in the book Willow loses both her parents in a tragic car accident and lives temporarily with her new friend Mai and her family in the Gardens Of Glenwood. Patty is Mai's mom and Quang-Ha is Mai's brother. Patty,Mai,and Quang-Ha don't actually live at the Gardens Of Glenwood so they rent the apartment temporarily. Willow also meets a lazy counselor named Dell Duke (Dell Duke actually lives in the apartment Patty is renting but he decides to share an apartment with a neighbor temporarily for Willow). And she also meets a taxi driver named Jairo Hernandez. Anyway she changes everyone's lives even lazy Dell Duke's life. So while she lives at The Gardens Of Glenwood she gets permission from the bank to build a garden there. It takes a while but when they finally finish it looks beautiful. Willow also becomes friends with Mai's mother,Patty and her brother,Quang-Ha. Then soon after Willow finds out that she has to leave and go to the orphanage. So as a suprise Patty and Jairo decide to both adopt Willow even though Patty and Jairo aren't married. Willow gets to live in The Gardens Of Glendwood forever. Patty then decides to buy the whole Gardens Of Glenwood apartments. Overall I thought this book was amazing,bright, and simply extraordinary. I definitely recommend this book. Yeah I know that was kind of long and I used the word temporarily alot. Comment if you have read the book.
